Microsoft's Cloud business is experiencing explosive growth, and the Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth.
Our mission is to deliver the world's computer with an industry-leading supply chain.
CSCP is responsible for strategic sourcing, customer demand forecasting, capacity planning and management, supply chain planning and execution, capacity provisioning, and decommissioning and dispositioning of datacenter assets worldwide.
The Cloud Sourcing Spares Sustainability & Security (CS4) team sits under the Cloud Supply Chain Provisioning (CSCP) team.
The CS4 PMO:
Sustainability team within CS4 is at the center of the company's strategy for Azure data center supply chain carbon and waste goals.
The CS4 PMO manages the centralized governance, framework and sustainability strategy aligned across various organizations in Azure Cloud aggregating toward annual targets.
This Sustainability Program Manager Sustainable Cloud Packaging role will help drive and implement projects supporting the Circular Packaging program within the CS4 PMO:
Sustainability team.
This role will also partner closely with other teams within the organization working on packaging design, alternative reusable materials pilots, and alternative materials.
This role will also bring together the program key performance indicators and tracking across all waste reduction programs into one central update for leadership consumption.
We are seeking an experienced candidate with good business acumen, understanding and passion for sustainability, good interpersonal skills, organizational, and great collaboration skills will be key.
Required/Minimum
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 4
years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming.
OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 6
years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or ProgrammingOR equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience in the ability to make progress on work product and meet deliverables and milestones while maintaining stakeholder visibility and communication1
years of experience successfully designing and launching major projects, products, or business initiativesOther Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.

Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

S.
is USD $112,200 - $194,800 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $142,200 - $213,200 per year.
