Senior Technical Program Manager, Telemetry Ecosystem

We are looking for a Senior Technical Technical Program Manager, Telemetry Ecosystem to join the Datacenter Critical Environments Systems Intelligence team, which is responsible for transforming Microsoft s global datacenter Critical Environments operations through deep telemetry, data analytics and integrative automation.
The Datacenter Telemetry Ecosystem team develops, deploys, and operates highly available services leveraging power and cooling telemetry data for dynamic programs supporting Microsoft s Cloud.
These services and solutions power the digital transformation of Microsoft s global datacenter fleet and are integrated across organizations to inform and optimize datacenter capacity, operations, and sustainability.

Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree AND 4
years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.

years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

years of experience in data center or other critical infrastructure including power, cooling, physical networks, technical operations, and/or building management systems (BAS, EPMS, SCADA) 2
years of experience designing, building and/or operating high performance, scalable IoT-centric telemetry systems and/or services Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.

Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.
S.
is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.

#COICareers As a Senior Technical Program Manager, Telemetry Ecosystem you will define strategies, develop standards, and manage deployment of critical-environment electrical, mechanical, and ancillary system telemetry platforms and services supporting our global fleet of datacenters.
Working closely with engineering and partner teams, you will determine telemetry ecosystem requirements from internal and external business partners, define technical and operational strategies to implement high speed/high availability telemetry solutions, and support development of services and platforms to meet defined requirements.
You will prioritize, forecast, and align resources and schedules while managing strategies and obstacles across teams.
You will partner with telemetry service engineering, software development, datacenter operations, IT service engineers, and Azure service teams to develop and maintain telemetry service programs.
