The Claims Quality Assurance Senior Representative will be a member of the Long Term Care (LTC) business team of New York Life Insurance Company.
The role will support the review and auditing of the Claims Service Level Agreements with the Long Term Care Group - Third Party Administrator (TPA).

Responsibilities:
Auditing the Service Level Agreements with vendor company LTCG Conduct Quality Assurance Audits on various Long Term Care claims functions Generate Claims Reports, as requested Apply critical thinking toward a wide array of concepts and applications in order to generate the appropriate reports and solve problems Interpret complex policy language collaborating with external vendors
Qualifications:
Associates Degree preferred 2 years professional experience required Claims experience, including claims payment auditing experience, preferred Strong analytic, verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Strong computer skills and computer usage knowledge; particularly Excel.
