Quality Assurance Analyst

Overview
SCCI has an opening for a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to support the development of Technical Training and Documentation products. The QA Analyst will support members of several product teams and will work under the supervision of the Program Manager. This position is located in Austin Texas.
Responsibilities
The QA Analyst will:
Develop test plans based on documented product requirements
Integrate with product teams to plan and schedule testing events
Thoroughly test product functionality and document anomalies
Carefully review written materials with an eye toward consistency and conformance to formal standards
Follow established procedures to perform final testing on all release packages
Estimate time required for performing QA activities
Assist Program Manager in developing QA plans, QA workflow, and QA documentation for new products
Help shape QA processes, tools, and practices to best support a multi-product, multi-team, agile business framework
Qualifications
Essential Skills and
Experience:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to successfully pass a background investigation
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Three to five years of experience with a variety of quality assurance concepts, practices, and procedures
Demonstrated ability to grasp complex technical content
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to translate written requirements into well-formed tests
Ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Skills and
Experience:
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Experience with test automation and Windows scripting languages

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
