Jr. Quality Assurance Analyst
Perk has multiple mobile applications in the Google Play and the Apple iTunes store with some having more a million users install base. We are seeking a QA analyst to help ensure our applications are running bug free and at their fullest potential. You will work closely with the back-end, front-end, mobile app and product teams. This job will involve a substantial amount of manual QA processes but will evolve into a substantial amount of QA automation.
Duties
Track reported bugs in Asana and Jira, escalating to product management or engineering as necessary once they have been validated and reproduced
Work with Customer Service to understand what functionality issues are most affecting customers
Utilize proxy tools to debug interactions between mobile apps and server-side REST APIs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a technical field preferred
Bonus Points
1-2 years of manual QA Testing experience
Experience working with SQL
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium
