Full Description:
Fahrenheit IT seeks a High-end Graphic Designer for a long term contract opportunity.
The Graphic Designer will work independently to deliver creative collateral in correct form:
Create high-quality visual designs for a wide range of deliverables including marketing collateral, infographics, social media graphics, event materials, instructional demos, and product data sheets.
Quickly learn, understand and implement corporate guidelines and organizational processes.
Communication with clients and team members is key.
Achieve a high level of quality in the end product, including; ensuring the timeliness, completeness, correctness, and overall quality of content.
Knowledge of latest current design style/trends and ability to apply internal design guidelines.
An individual that can listen to clients' needs vs wants, communicate clearly to the client and follow team direction.
Should have the passion to deliver quality to the marketplace in a timely fashion and be a leader with a clear understanding of the effectiveness of good teamwork.
Requirements:
Strong design, problem solving, and brainstorming skills Meeting with clients and adjusting design to fit client needs and goals Superior computer/design software skills to execute designs Technical Skill - Requires the technical skills to use design software programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Microsoft office, aptitude for learning new technologies.
Communication Ability - Requires the ability to effectively present ideas--both verbally and visually.
Candidate must be able to sell ideas to clients and work with them to achieve the end product goals.
Understand the corporate brand look and feel and effectively explain to the client that the design must stay within these guidelines.
Organization - Needs to be organized in order to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
Time management is a must in handling a number of projects at one time.
The candidate must be able to provide status on all projects when asked.
Problem Solving Ability - Choosing the right corporate fonts, colors and elements to create a balanced composition, while simultaneously conveying meaning, is complicated.
In order to succeed in this design position, you'll need to have strong problem solving skills.

Skills Design, problem solving, organization and communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage a number of projects and schedules Experience with PC/Mac operating systems and tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, Lotus Notes e-mail, Web browsers Intimate knowledge of style and best design practices Ability to apply design guidelines and standards Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to produce quality work and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment to meet aggressive schedules Excellent team player Web site design and html knowledge a plus Please reply with Resume and Portfolio links.
