Job Summary
We are looking for a team member who anticipates and drives processes within the HR function to achieve and succeed expectations for our business leaders and employees. Through skilled communication, leadership, influence, and collaboration skills, this position will have a significant impact on the function as a whole. Day-to-day responsibilities include: helping COE leaders develop and deliver HR projects that meet the overall strategic and operational objectives of the organization; coordinating HR calendars and project deliverables to avoid conflicts; communicating to HR leadership on project status and resource demands, scheduling project team meetings/huddles/stand ups as needed, providing training materials and coaching key stakeholders on roles and responsibilities, and holding team members accountable for deliverables and overall success of the projects.

General Duties

  • Utilizing HR expertise provides a strategic approach to identify, prioritize, and successfully execute a broad portfolio of HR initiatives and projects
  • Ensures all HR projects undertaken align with HR s strategic vision and facilitate HR budget prioritization process and key forums
  • Manages all aspects of HR program execution from scope definition, planning, risk/issue management, status management and communications
  • Ensures budget and resources required for HR projects are properly scoped and then monitored and managed via change control
  • Anticipates and aggressively removes obstacles that slow down or prevent HR programs from delivering on stated objectives
  • Focus on continuous improvement and identify opportunities to make HR PMO processes more efficient and effective
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and communications related to HR programs
  • Communicate status of HR initiatives on regular basis to HR leadership and other executives as needed
  • Analyzes root causes of work environment issues; manages interventions and solutions in collaboration and cooperation with key stakeholders
  • Works with internal communications to support function-specific communications efforts, as necessary
  • Acts as a go-to resource for HR leadership; impacts decisions through influence and expertise
  • Analyze metrics and trends to evaluate success of overall project
  • Drive best practices, promote knowledge sharing and close collaboration across project teams

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management, Psychology or related field or equivalent, combined experience
    • Master s preferred
  • 10 years direct HR and/or HR Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management practices with an ability to provide guidance to leaders and employees through a consultative approach
  • Experience presenting to leadership in the company
  • Experience working with HR functional roles and serving clients
  • Experience with analytics, Excel, PowerPoint and HR Systems
  • Experience working in performance focused environments and administering programs
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of project lifecycle phases, project management tools and significant experience managing multiple projects to deadlines, holding others accountable, and maintaining project plans with dependent efforts and major milestones
  • Comfortable in a remote work setting and a proven team player with demonstrated abilities to work collaboratively and influence those with whom no formal hierarchical relationship exists
  • Highly organized, exceptional time management and task prioritization abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage changing or competing priorities and a constant flow of strategic and tactical work tasks

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
