Summary:
As the Manager of our Web & Martech Software Engineering team, you are an enthusiastic, highly skilled and innovative leader with a deep knowledge of development and application architecture within the Marketing technology space. You have a strong customer focus and a passion for solving business problems with excellent technology solutions, and a dedication to your team's continuous improvement. You are responsible for setting and upholding best-practices for the design, development and support of our mission-critical applications and services, integral to several rapidly growing lines of business as we undertake a roadmap of technical and digital transformation including CRM, marketing automation and CPM platforms, customer portal modernization and a Sitecore architectural redesign. Key responsibilities include:
o Manage the success and growth of a team of software engineers; providing Agile leadership coaching and a best practices framework for the design, build and support of our corporate websites, lead management, and Sales and Marketing software solutions. o Participate in the KCE Technology Management cross-functional activities, including process definition and best practices definition. o Provide architectural guidance and expertise to your team and to other software development teams to ensure optimal and cohesive architectural solutions. o Act as an escalation point for Agile teams to provide guidance in software engineering best practices o Recommend, design and create technical improvements in existing capabilities to maximize productivity and optimize security and efficiency. o Promote understanding of technical risks and opportunities with non-technical audiences to assist with delivery prioritization. o Effectively set expectations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. o Effectively manage vendor relationships and optimize engagements with professional services vendors and software providers as needed o Identify areas for improvement in team structure, delivery models, measurement and design of your organization and make recommendations to improve customer experience. o Communicate effectively with all team members and stakeholders, present complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences, tying their value back to business benefits including at an executive level. o Keep current with technology to ensure IT can react quickly to new trends/threats/opportunities o Promote customer-focused responsiveness to problem solving and incident management. o Participate in on-call rotation for Major Incident Management leadership. Experience:
o 5
years in a leadership role managing software engineers o Experience designing and implementing CRM, Web, Customer Portal, and Marketing Automation solutions (Salesforce & Sitecore preferred) o Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including the ability to make complex technical concepts understandable to non-technical audiences at all levels of an organization. o Proven experience leading multiple teams of developers on several parallel large, complex projects. o Experience setting best-practices and frameworks for development teams. o Excellent familiarity with Agile software development methodologies, ideally in Scrum o Experience developing and deploying applications using cloud technologies particularly, building and managing secure web applications using OWASP top 10, .NET frameworks. o Experience designing and developing RESTful web services and other integration methodologies o Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions; to code, test, and debug programs; and to determine software problems. o Strive in a collaborative fast paced environment. Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Software Development, Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
