• Project Manager, (Verizon Enterprise Sales Solutions)
o Assigned to the American Airline top Verizon account – Project managed American Airline domestic
airports and selected international airports.
o Major role in the engineering group assessing site surveys at the current AA airport
telecommunications ensuring maximum optimization of real estate.
o As lead project manager, established technical meetings with the American IT group to ensure
assessment of network were in sync with the Verizon branch management team ensuring cabling,
circuits, database, billing systems, and voice over IP, installations were within the committed time

• Project Manager, Call Center Technologies with SouthWestern Bell Wireless (now Cingular Wireless).
o Lead project manager for the Cingular Wireless IT Tier II group supporting twenty-two Cingular Wireless
call centers in the voice and adjunct systems configuring the makeup of the call centers. These systems
included, but not limited to, Nortel Option 81c, Symposium (SCCS), Nortel Call Pilot, MAX, Etalk, Cisco
ICM, Global Call Routing, Periphonics IVR, and other related systems. 100% success rate.
o Project manager for the installation of twenty-two call centers throughout the United States. Tasks included
(1) the development of MS-Project to track all tasks as related to the project, (2) the coordination of the
installation of PBX Nortel 81c systems and related T1, DS3, smart trunks, 1FB’s, and local circuits, and (3)
the coordination and installation of auxiliary systems as related to the PBX Nortel 81c. Auxiliary systems
related to the PBX Nortel 81c; Genesys, Periphonics, Meridian MAX, Call Pilot, CCR, Symposium, ICM,
IEX, Davox, E-Talk and Inova – 100% success rate.
o Scheduled meetings with major vendors to ensure deadlines were met. 100% avoidance resulted in
unnecessary over-budget project costs.
o Directly answered to the Executive Director of Call Center Mechanization and provided both high-level
weekly executive progress reports and issue logs to flag variances which may have delayed the success of
the projects. Worked directly with the telecom Technical Directory keeping him updated on the progress of
the project. Weekly summary status reports submitted to both upper management and team.

Created written justification for purchasing the organization’s telecommunications PBX, ACD, and Key Systems.
Administered and controlled the Rockwell Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Galaxy system and Rockwell
Spectrum system while with the State of Texas.
• Developed the strategy to configure and set-up the system including manpower forecasting, planning, tracking and
scheduling parameters on Manpower Planning System (MPS) resulting 80% service increase.
• Traffic engineered the system configuration – PRI’s, SONET Ring, T-1, DS3 ISDN Circuits, and Local Smart
Trunks resulting in a 20% savings to the agency.
• Responsible for the budget procurement, operations and upgrade for Voice telecommunications and Key Systems
for 11 regions throughout the State of Texas resulting of an overall 28% cost savings.
