Tape section works perfectly, including record functions. This was previously used to record digital input to tape. The CD player function has an issue, it does not detect discs being inserted. Otherwise, the unit is very clean and in great shape. I will ship UPS Ground or Priority Mail, no later than 1 business day handling time (business days are M-F). 1 of the tires has good tread, the other 3 have poor tread. They can be used as a "spare" tire for emergencies, or you can mount your winter tires on the rims in time for winter instead of having to pay each time you have your mechanic mounts or removes your snow tires. $30 for the wheel with good tread, $15 each for the others, or $60 for all 4....
