Flat rate, don't need to worry about other bills. No issues with anybody in the house. Everyone respects each other's privacy. One thing I believe is a big plus is cleanliness. I've had issues with other roommates other places not doing dishes or taking out trash. Love the dogs. Penny and Dutch are great pets to have around. I can't think of anything that would need any change. There's internet, a pool, a television, and even a small gym in the garage.
